Cold Weather Advisory issued February 20 at 2:01PM EST until February 21 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Newport/Morehead City NC

* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 9 above expected.

* WHERE…A portion of eastern North Carolina.

* WHEN…From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Frostbite can occur if unprotected skin is exposed to
these temperatures for more than 30 minutes. Very cold
temperatures can also cause hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
