* WHAT…Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
Visibility one half mile at times.

* WHERE…Dalton Highway Summits.

* WHEN…Until 9 AM AKST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 55
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 5 minutes.
