* IMPACTS…Strong winds may move loose debris, result in minor
damage property, and cause sporadic power outages. Travel could
become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty
winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be
blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…These are dry, offshore winds that will
increase regional fire weather threat. A Red Flag Warning is in
effect through 7 AM Thursday.
