Syracuse’s Kyle McCord Breaks Deshaun Watson’s ACC Single-Season Passing Yards Record | News, Scores, Highlights, Stats, and Rumors

Syracuse quarterback Kyle McCord made history on Friday night.

McCord connected with sophomore wide receiver Darrell Gill Jr. on a 50-yard bomb during a matchup with Washington State in the 2024 Holiday Bowl, setting a new single-season ACC passing record.

The throw gave McCord 4,594 passing yards in 2024, breaking a conference record that was previously set by Cleveland Browns signal-caller Deshaun Watson during his 2016 campaign at Clemson.
