Special Weather Statement issued March 23 at 10:22PM CDT by NWS Huntsville AL

At 1021 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
University Of Alabama In Huntsville, or near Huntsville, moving east
at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Madison, Huntsville, Jericho, Larkin, Bridgeport, Francisco, Ryland,
Bass, Maysville, and Princeton.
