Special Weather Statement issued January 28 at 10:25AM CST by NWS Green Bay WI

As a clipper system passes north of the area, expect southwest
winds to increase to 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 30 to 40 mph this
afternoon. A few stronger gusts to 45 mph are also possible. Winds
this strong could blow around unsecured objects and make
traveling in high profile vehicles difficult. Sporadic power
outages may also occur.
