Intense snow showers moving inland Cook Inlet will persist through mid-
morning today. Intense bursts of heavy snow and/or graupel are
likely as these showers move across. Snow rates of 1 in/hr and
gusty winds to 30 mph may lead to times of blowing snow and
visibility rapidly falling to one-half mile or less at times.
While widespread snow accumulation is not expected, a quick inch
or two is possible in narrow corridors where snow bands set up and
maintain for a couple hours.
