Special Weather Statement issued February 28 at 10:44PM EST by NWS Buffalo NY

There will be localized gusty winds up to 50 mph with a line of
showers that’s moving across Western New York from the Western
Southern Tier to the Genesee River Valley. This line may produce
brief gusty winds which can blow small objects, break tree limbs,
and make driving high profile vehicles difficult.
