Patchy dense fog remains over northwest North Carolina and parts
of southwest Virginia. Visibilities could be as low as a half
mile and could make driving hazardous. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
Visibilities should improve by noon.
