Panic! at the Disco will headline Las Vegas’ When We Were Young festival in 2025 with Blink-182.
The nostalgic emo and rock fest will take place on Oct. 18, 2025, and will also feature performances from Weezer, Avril Lavigne, the Offspring, the Used, All Time Low and Knocked Loose.
It’s unclear whether the performance will be a reunion for the band, which essentially became a solo project for Brendon Urie in 2015. Urie announced in January 2023 that he would be discontinuing Panic! at the Disco to focus on his family and newborn child. When We Were Young will mark Panic! at the Disco’s first show since March 2023.
Variety has reached out to Panic! at the Disco representatives for clarity.
Panic! at the Disco will be performing the 2005 album “A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out” (which features the band’s trademark song “I Write Sins Not Tragedies”) in its entirety.
The festival also boasts “rare performances” from Never Shout Never, the Cab, the Rocket Summer and Jack’s Mannequin. The lineup also features the Gaslight Anthem, Bad Religion, Yellowcard, Simple Plan, Taking Back Sunday, the Story So Far and Never Shout Never.
Tickets for When We Were Young will go on sale Nov. 1. Purchasing information can be found on the festival’s website.
Perhaps spinning its name off of the famous Killers song, When We Were Young started in 2017 in Santa Ana, Calif., before it became a large-scale production at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds. Previous headliners include My Chemical Romance, Paramore and Fall Out Boy.
