* IMPACTS…At 50.0 feet, Catlettsburg flood gate at 15th and Center
Street is closed. At 52.0 feet, Minor flooding of roads in low
lying areas begin to flood due to backwater from creeks.

– At 8:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 50.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 53.7 feet tomorrow morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 52.0 feet.
