The New York Jets fell to 2-4 with their third straight loss Monday.
So it was apparently time for a reunion.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday that the Jets acquired wide receiver Davante Adams from the Las Vegas Raiders for a conditional fourth-round pick that can turn into a second-rounder if certain performance metrics are met.
Social media naturally had plenty of reactions to the move that will pair Adams with Aaron Rodgers again after they previously played together for the Green Bay Packers:
