* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected.

* WHERE…All areas south and west of the Missouri River.

* WHEN…From noon CST /11 AM MST/ today to noon CST /11 AM MST/
Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Colder wind chills as low as 50 below are
expected Sunday night through Monday morning.
