* IMPACTS…Extremely dangerous travel conditions and
dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero causing
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Blowing snow is resulting in large snow
drifts. Alaska DOT has reported multiple tractor trailers
stuck along the Dalton Highway at Atigun Pass.
