Variety’s Actors on Actors returns for its 21st season with the biggest stars from this year’s awards season. Highlights from this latest lineup: a blockbuster “Glicked” pairing between Ariana Grande and Paul Mescal, a can’t-miss conversation between Andrew Garfield and Ryan Reynolds, and the two powerhouse voices behind “Maria” and “Wicked,” Angelina Jolie and Cynthia Erivo, sharing notes.
The annual Variety Actors on Actors issue will hit newsstands on Dec. 11. Conversations will begin releasing on Monday, Dec. 9 across Variety.com and its social media channels. One conversation will air per day on Variety.com for 12 consecutive days.

Four broadcast episodes will air on PBS SoCal on Jan. 9 from 8 to 10 p.m., followed by encores on public television stations across the country and the WORLD Channel (check local listings). All episodes will stream on pbssocal.org and the PBS App following their premieres.
