Snow Squall Warning issued February 7 at 3:27AM EST until February 7 at 4:30AM EST by NWS Binghamton NY

The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a

* Snow Squall Warning for…
Northwestern Seneca County in central New York…
Southern Oneida County in central New York…
Western Madison County in central New York…
Northern Cayuga County in central New York…
Northwestern Cortland County in central New York…
Onondaga County in central New York…

* Until 430 AM EST.

* At 326 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line
extending from 9 miles east of Central Square to near Baldwinsville
to near Waterloo, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to
blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility. Wind gusts
greater than 50 mph could knock down tree limbs and blow
around unsecured objects.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous
within minutes.

Locations impacted include…
Onondaga, Syracuse, Clay, Rome, Cicero, Auburn, De Witt, Lysander,
Sullivan, and Van Buren.

This includes the following highway exits…
Interstate 90 between 32 and 39, and near 41.
New York Interstate 81 between 13 and 30.
