Sleeper: Isaac Guerendo, San Francisco 49ers
San Francisco 49ers running back Isaac Guerendo should be a top waiver-wire target this Week, as he carries immense value as the handcuff to the handcuff. The 49ers recently placed both Christian McCaffrey and Jordan Mason on injured reserve, which means that it’s time for Guerendo to get the starting nod.
Guerendo finished Week 13 with four carries, one reception, 16 scrimmage yards and a touchdown. He has a reasonable matchup against the Chicago Bears, and the rookie will see a starting-caliber workload.
Chicago enters Week 14 ranked 29th in yards per carry allowed.
